One Visit. Up to Three Assemblies.

Each presentation is adapted to the studentsโ€™ grade level while keeping the experience interactive, meaningful, and fun.

Approximately 30 minutes, including storytelling, participation, and a sing-along.

What grades do you visit?

Elementary author visits are designed for grades Kโ€“5. Middle school and high school presentations are available through the Speaking page.

How long is each assembly?

Kindergarten and 1st grade presentations are approximately 30 minutes. Grades 2โ€“5 are approximately 40โ€“45 minutes.

How many assemblies are included?

Each $1,500 author visit includes up to three assemblies.

How many students can attend?

There is no set student limit. Assemblies may be organized schoolwide or by grade level based on your schoolโ€™s space and schedule.

Do you travel outside South Carolina?

Yes. Gina travels to schools throughout the United States.

Do you offer virtual visits?

Yes. Interactive virtual author visits are available for schools anywhere in the country.

Can families order signed books?

Yes. Schools can offer families the opportunity to purchase signed books connected to the visit. Each school gets a book order form that gets sent home to students. Books are sold at a discounted rate.

Are sponsored visits available?

Yes. Some schools may qualify for a sponsored visit through EmpowerLit Literacy & Beyond. Visit: www.EmpowerLitNonprofit.org

How far in advance should we book?

Visits may be booked whenever availability remains, but dates can fill quickly. Schools are encouraged to reach out as early as possible.
