Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

A signed agreement and 50% deposit are required to confirm all speaking engagements. The remaining balance is due within 10 days after the event unless otherwise stated in writing.

2. Travel & Expenses

For in-person events, travel and lodging expenses will be billed separately unless included in a flat-rate quote. Travel arrangements should be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the event.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If the client cancels within 30 days of the event, the deposit is non-refundable. In the event of illness, travel interruption, or emergency, Gina Casazza reserves the right to reschedule the engagement or provide a qualified replacement speaker.

4. Recordings & Usage

Event hosts may record sessions for internal use only with prior written permission. Any public sharing, online posting, or commercial use of recorded materials requires written consent.

5. Liability

Gina Casazza and her affiliates assume no liability for indirect or consequential damages resulting from event delays, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Intellectual Property

All presentation materials, slides, and content remain the intellectual property of Gina Casazza. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without written consent.

7. Agreement & Revisions

By booking or participating in an event with Gina Casazza, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
All terms are subject to change or adjustment based on the details of each individual contract or written agreement.
