Hey! I'm Gina Casazza
I believe ordinary people can do extraordinary things — when they stop waiting for motivation and start building mental muscle.

Why?
Because I’ve lived it.

From losing my hearing at 21 to training alongside a Navy SEAL, I’ve learned that resilience isn’t something you’re born with — it’s something you build, one uncomfortable step at a time.

My Journey
I didn’t set out to be a speaker. I set out to rebuild myself.

After regaining most of my hearing, I made a promise: if fear was running the show, I’d face it. So I did — one by one.
Sharks. Snakes. Rejection. The things that made me freeze became my teachers.

That same mindset carried me through SEAL-prep training and civilian SERE school — experiences that taught me what mental toughness really means: staying calm in chaos and showing up even when no one’s watching.

When I realized how much those lessons changed me, I knew I had to pass them on.

The Work I Do Now
Today, I teach the same principles that helped me rebuild my life — through keynotes, workshops, and my podcast Mindset Lessons from the Field, where I interview Navy SEALs, Green Berets, and elite performers about what it takes to thrive under pressure.

I’m also the founder of EmpowerLit, a nonprofit helping kids build confidence and belonging through reading, and the co-founder of Spheremoji, a comfort brand reminding people they’re not alone.

Every chapter of my life has had one mission:
to help others think stronger, live braver, and never quit on themselves.
Every day is another chance to get a little braver — to do the hard thing, have the tough talk, take the next step.
Because resilience isn’t built overnight — it’s built every single day you refuse to quit.

If this message sounds like one your audience needs to hear, I’d love to bring it to your stage.
Let’s help more people think stronger, live braver, and never give up on themselves.
