Gina’s Expertise

HUMAN INTEREST
Gina’s work is grounded in lived experience—not theory. After losing hearing in her left ear at 21, she learned firsthand how identity, confidence, and self-trust are rebuilt under pressure. She has completed civilian SERE training, faced high-stress fear exposure, and built a career translating challenge into clarity. She is also the founder of EmpowerLit, a nonprofit helping students build confidence and belonging through reading and storytelling.
MENTAL FITNESS UNDER PRESSURE
Training alongside Navy SEALs shaped how Gina teaches mental fitness today: staying clear under chaos, acting without waiting to feel ready, and training self-talk instead of believing every thought. Her work focuses on structure, repetition, and accountability—tools people can rely on when motivation fades and pressure is high.
LEADERSHIP, BUSINESS & IMPACT
As the co-founder of Spheremoji, Gina helped turn emotional wellness into something tangible—tools that remind people they’re not alone. Across her speaking, podcast, and nonprofit work, she equips students, leaders, and teams with practical mental-fitness frameworks they can use in real life, not perfect conditions.
